Are the programmes scheduled or tailored?
Mostly tailored, because they come from a specific need inside an organisation. A scheduled course that never touches the real context achieves little.
Is training delivered in person or remotely?
Both are possible. For some content being in the room changes the outcome; for other content remote works just as well and costs less.
In which languages?
