Ecosystem · Ventures & Incubation
The path that turns a startup into an investable scale-up.
Incubation, mentoring and technology development in exchange for equity, through to matching with Venture Capital rounds.
The problem
The most promising startups often don't fail because of the idea, but because of missing structure, initial capital and access to the right investors.
What we do
- check Base Incubation: space, method and hands-on support.
- check Mentoring & Pitch Prep: getting ready to fundraise.
- check Service-for-Equity Dev Program: development in exchange for equity, on terms defined case by case.
- check Scale-up & VC Round Matching: access to capital.
What you get
A structured path that takes your startup from a validated idea to a scale-up ready for venture capital.
How it works
- 01
First conversation
A call to establish the objective, the constraints and the timeline. What comes out is a scope, not a generic quote.
- 02
Scope proposal
We put in writing what we do, how long it takes and who answers for what — before anything starts.
- 03
Activation
We execute with our own team and the network partners. You have one point of contact, not a chain of suppliers.
- 04
Ongoing management
Deadlines, documents and service status stay visible over time, without you having to chase them.
How it works in Albania
This page describes what we do. If you would rather first understand how the subject works in Albania — rules, timing, costs — the dedicated guide explains it without selling anything.
The Albanian economy in figures arrow_forwardFrequently asked questions
What kind of projects do you look at?
Early-stage projects with a clear scope and a founder who stays hands-on. The assessment looks at the problem being solved and the ability to execute, not at the deck.
How does the service-for-equity model work?
It is one possible form, neither the only one nor the default: it is weighed case by case against the stage of the project and the alternatives. Terms are agreed before anything starts.
Do I need to be in Albania to take part?
No. Being there helps in the early phases, but the work can be organised remotely — which is, after all, the model of the whole ecosystem.
