Data we collect
We collect what you give us through the forms on this site: first name, last name, email address and, if you choose to provide them, phone number and company, together with details about your project — country, sector, objective, timing and the text of your message. The partner application form also collects the services you offer, the area you cover and your website. With each submission we record the IP address, the browser, the language of the page and the moment you accepted this notice. Beyond this the site collects aggregate, cookieless visit statistics, described in the Cookie Policy: they cannot be traced back to you.
Purposes of processing
We use your data to answer your request and to manage any commercial relationship that follows, to assess partner applications, to meet legal obligations — accounting and tax ones in particular — and to protect the site from automated submissions and abuse. We do not send you marketing messages: if we ever decide to, it will only be after separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Legal basis
The consent you give by submitting the form is the basis of first contact, and you can withdraw it by writing to us. What follows — quotes, engagements, delivery of the service — rests on performing the contract and the pre-contractual steps you asked for. Keeping accounting and tax records answers a legal obligation. Recording the IP address and browser rests on our legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse.
Retention period
Requests that do not lead to a relationship are kept for twenty-four months from the last contact, then deleted. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and, for records subject to accounting and tax obligations, for the ten years that follow. The technical data recorded with each submission is kept for twelve months.
Disclosure to third parties
Your data is handled by our staff and, where the service requires it, by the professionals and network partners carrying it out — accountants, lawyers, recruiters — each only for the part that concerns them. It is also accessible to the provider hosting our servers, appointed as a data processor. We do not sell or hand over your data to third parties for their own purposes. It may be disclosed to authorities where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EU
Go Business Shpk is based in Tirana, Albania, a country not covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Data collected through this site is therefore accessible to our staff in Albania. The transfer rests on the explicit consent you give when submitting the form and, for what follows, on the necessity of performing the contract between us.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a machine-readable format, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent, without affecting anything done before the withdrawal. Write to contact@gobusin355.com: we reply within thirty days. If you believe your data is being handled unlawfully you can turn to the competent supervisory authority — in Albania the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data, in the European Union the authority of the country where you live.
Security
Data travels encrypted between your browser and our servers, and is stored in a database reachable only by authorised staff with individual credentials. Access to the management panel is protected by authentication. No measure makes a system impenetrable, but we keep systems updated and limit access to those who genuinely need that data to do their work.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice we publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Changes take effect from publication; where they concern processing based on consent, we will ask for fresh consent before applying them.
